One Year Anniversary
We did it! Quixotic Quill has been up for a year. Without all my readers, followers, and commenters, it wouldn’t have been possible. Thank you everyone!
I know this year has been a bit topsy turvy. One of my resolutions for the next year is to keep content coming more regularly. Another goal is to create content that gets us engaging more.
I created Quixotic Quill to share inspiration with others. I’ve focused mainly on writing advice but that’s not the direction I saw this going. For the second year I’d like to branch out: share books I’m enjoying, share art that inspires me, and discuss things important in my life that I think are relevant to you. I’m also going to really crack down on my fiction. I’m going to try to have a book out by the end of the year.
What this means for you. I’d love for you to tell me what you like and don’t like. What you want more of and what avenues you wouldn’t mind me going down less often. I hope to continue to deliver quality content that you love while following my own passions more closely.
In exchange for your involvement in this metamorphoses I promise to be more regular with my posts. I’m also setting up a mailing list that will have some special goodies for subscribers so stay tuned for that!
Please also not the change in URL. This site is now quixoticquill.com. I will be phasing out my pen name, Ezra Quill, and writing under my real name, Sarah Yost. (I’m sure I’ll have a post on that someday in case you’re curious.)
Here’s to another year, more friendships, and inspiration for all!
